Dear Parents,

We are venturing into another program year and are excited to have your family be a part of what the Holy Spirit is doing in and through Central. Your children are learning and growing in their relationship with Christ and tuning into what the Holy Spirit is doing in their lives. It’s exciting and such a privilege to walk with them on this journey!

We understand that helping your children to know Christ can be an intimidating task—and that is why we are here. We are here to support you in your role as you spiritually parent your children. We are here to equip you with tools to allow you to feel successful in this role. We want to inspire you and encourage you along the way. We will do this together!

We value the partnership we have with you and expect your involvement. Every week your children will receive a HomeFront weekly page with “pre-learn” or prep work to guide you at home as you introduce the weekly lesson to your children. If you miss a week or lose your copy, they can also be found on our website under the Kids section. When they come to church, we then reinforce what is being taught at home that week during our Children's Chapel and G2K learning times. Attached to the HomeFront weekly you will find a card. It has their memory verse and blessing on it. We work on the memory verse every week during our learning time—please help them memorize it by working on it at home as well. The blessings is an opportunity for you to speak words of encouragement, a Bible passage, or a prayer into your child. Work to share this blessing with your child every day if you can. There will be a new blessing and memory verse every four weeks.

The children that are a part of Central are amazing and wonderful—and they truly deserve the best in their opportunities to grow. In order for them to get the best—we NEED you! We expect you to support the program by volunteering in at least one of the areas listed on the Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet to meet the needs of our children.   You can volunteer every week, every other week, once a month or occasionally with various events. We encourage you to make regular worship attendance, Children’s Chapel and/or G2K a priority for your family’s week.

Registration and volunteer sign-up forms are acepted throughout the year.  Please register online or stop at the Family Resource Center for a paper form.
