Men's Ministry @ Central
Men are encouraged to find ways to grow in their faith and commitment to Jesus Christ. We provide a number of opportunities for men at Central to grow and share their faith.
We are looking for a few men to lead in developing an ongoing ministry for men who want to grow spiritually. Call Pastor Jeff for more info.
In addition to the weekly opportunities other men’s events being planned include:
- Saturday morning fellowship breakfasts with a special speaker
- Servant projects
- Men’s canoe trip in the spring
- An annual men’s retreat

3 upcoming opportunities to gather together to eat!
- On Wednesday, April 25 there is a community luncheon from 11:30 – 1:00 PM at Rockwoods. Join f>ormer Governor Al Quie for this Early Childhood summit. Governor Quie will be sharing on “Early Childhood Education – It’s Everyone’s Business.” If you were on the Guy’s Get Away weekend at Timber Bay, this is the event that Jim Boyle invited us to attend. - On Thursday, May 3 is the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER BREAKFAST at Central from 7:00 – 8:00 AM. Prayer will be offered for our Mayor, Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Sheriff and Superintendent of Schools. Come and join with other Elk River residents and pray for our community and public officials.
- Saturday, May 5 at 8:00 AM is a GUY’S BREAKFAST for all guys 16 years and older. Chuck Aycock, Director of DADSFIRST ministries will be our guest speaker. Come and hear stories of what it means to step up and be the guy God created you to be.
