Click the Profile link under your name in the header bar to view information in your profile. The menu listed under your name is available from any page. When you click this link you will be directed to your individual profile page.
You may already have a profile picture in the system. If you want to change it, please use a profile picture that allows other people to quickly recognize you. This greatly helps the online community and the functionality of the teams. You can always add links to your Facebook page in your profile to express yourself in other ways.

The Hub allows you to update all your contact information for the church, eliminating the need to for church staff to re-enter information you provide. Keeping all information accurate will greatly help the church staff and ensure we have an up to date church directory.
Important Information about your Email Address
The Hub uses only 1 email address per person for all communication. This means that each login must have a unique email address. There are several ways within an individual profile to add emergency contact information, websites, and work email information as a backup. However, all email contact will be sent to the email address listed in the contact section of a profile. Designate this as your primary email. Use the best email to receive serving reminders/requests and all communication from group leaders and church staff for your main email.
Within your profile, you will find 3 main areas:
- Contact Info – your phone number(s), email, and home and mailing address will be located here. Please look for the “more contact info” or “more address info” links if you need to enter contact information for your vacation home or temporary address. Also, if you go by a first name that is different than your legal first name, please click the “more name fields” link to enter your Legal First Name which is used on your financial giving statements.
- Profile Tabs – You can view your recent activity, family information, personal information, involvement, financial history, and serving availability from the tabs on your profile.
- Actions Menu – (on the right side of the screen) This is where you can edit your profile, adjust your availability to serve, set your communication preferences, change your username and password, update your privacy settings, or update your whole family’s contact information at once. We’ll walk you through setting your privacy and adjusting your availability to serve in the next two sections.
