Navigating the Holidays After Loss
The holidays can be especially difficult when you’re grieving the loss of someone you love. Traditions, gatherings, and memories can bring up emotions you weren’t expecting.
GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays is a one-session seminar offering practical tools, encouragement, and hope as you navigate the season.
During this seminar, you’ll explore ways to:
- Manage difficult emotions during the holidays
Navigate traditions and family gatherings
Handle social events and expectations
Find hope and encouragement for the future
