GRADUATE SUNDAY & HONORING THE GRADS RITUAL - May 19
Graduate Sunday – Honoring our high school graduate during our Sunday worship gatherings.
Honoring the Grads Ritual – 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM at Central, Take a part in a ritual to honor your milestone of graduation. This is for ALL high school seniors.
MALL OF AMERICA DAY TRIP - June 11
Join us for a day at the Mall of America! It will be a fun filled day including an access pass to rides, FlyOver America, Moose Mountain Mini Golf, shopping and more! They day will be split into blocks of activities, your student will be assigned to a group with an adult and escorted around the mall when they whole group is not together.
Plan on either packing a lunch or bringing money for the food court.

COST: $45 per student
WILD MOUNTAIN DAY TRIP - July 11
Join us for a fun day at Wild Mountain Water Park! Enjoy unlimited access to all activities- Wild Adventure Island, Lazy River, Avalanche Alley Water Slides, FreeFall experience, Tall Timbers Go-Karts, and the Artic Rush Apline Slide!
Plan on either packing a lunch or bringing money for concessions.

MYSTERY ROAD TRIP - July 21-26
WHO: All high school students! 9th-12th Grade

WHERE: IT IS A MYSTERY!
Join us for this summer’s mystery missions trip! We’ll be serving people, talking about Jesus, and having a few adventures along the way! Here’s the catch: you won’t know where we’re going until we get there!
Parents: You will receive a letter in the mail two weeks before the trip containing information on where we will be going, what we will be doing, and answer any other questions you might have. It will also have helpful resources that will prepare your child for what we will be doing! Please keep this information to yourself and DO NOT share with your child! We would like for it to be a surprise.
Packing List: Sleeping Bag, pillow, clothes to get dirty/work in, one set of semi-nice clothes, swimsuit, towel, toiletries, Bible, journal, snacks, money for a few fast food meals, and anything else you need to be ready to serve!

TWINS GAME - Aug. 11
You and your friends & family are invited to join us for a day at Target Field! Game time is 1:10 pm against the Guardians.
It’s Kids Back-to-school Backpack Day, first 5,000 kids (ages 12 & Under) receive a Backpack!
We may even get an opportunity to go on the field after the game!
**If child or adult needs direct supervision, guardian attendance is necessary.

Juniors, this will be our final retreat together before the confirmation ceremony.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Write your faith statement, connect with God & others, games, bonfires, canoeing, hiking and more!

WHEN: Leaving from Central on Friday, Sept. 6 at 6:30 PM, Return around 10:00 AM on Sunday, Sept. 8
WHERE: Timber Bay Retreat Central in Onamia

Confirmation Rehearsal – Saturday, October 26 from 9:00-11:00 AM
We will run through the service as well all take pictures. BRING YOUR ROBE!

Friends, fun, and faith come together for students at Central! We provide a place for students to reflect, ask questions, and build community.
There’s time from 6:30-7:00 PM to hang out and play 9-square, pickleball, and Guitar Hero, or grab a smoothie at the coffee shop.
Then Rhythm and Impulse break out from 7:00-8:30 PM for more games, worship, small group, and Bible teaching. We have plenty of special events, retreats, and service opportunities throughout the year too.
*No Rhythm or Impulse on 1/3, 2/14, & 3/27
SPECIAL THEMED WEDNESDAY NIGHTS – Please make sure to arrive BY 6:30 PM
- May 1 – Pizzas, Puzzles, & Parents
- May 8 – BINGO BASH (last night)
CONFIRMATION (9th - 11th grade)
Confirmation is an exciting opportunity for high schoolers to dive deeper into their faith, build relationships with others, and grow in the knowledge of what it means to be a child of God. Students walk with the same IMPULSE small group and mentor, attend retreats and camps, and serve the church and community throughout their confirmation journey. Confirmation culminates in a meaningful ceremony during the fall of 11th grade.
*9th Grade Students, please fill out both the Freshman Confirmation Form & the Rhythm/Impulse form.

From Ash Wednesday through Lent, 5th graders learn and grow through engaging events on the way to their first communion. At-home learning, a community Seder Meal, and special First Communion gatherings are all part of this wonderful milestone.
CONFIRMATION CEREMONY (11th grade)
The culmination of the confirmation journey is The Rite of Confirmation. Young adults, having spent more than two years learning and growing in their faith, publicly share their decision to follow Jesus, “confirming” the choice their parents made at their baptism.
RETREATS (9th - 12th grade)
There’s no better way to bond, explore, and dig deep into God’s word than going on a retreat! Check out the Upcoming Events throughout the year for our latest overnight retreats for high schoolers.
HONORING THE GRADS (12th grade)
High School Seniors, we want to celebrate you and all of your hard work! During graduate Sunday each May, we will showcase our seniors at our worship gatherings. A the Honoring the Graduates Ritual, seniors take part in a memorable experience that will usher them into the next chapter of their lives.
SERVE CENTRAL'S STUDENTS
Help grow the next generation of God’s family. Serve as a volunteer with Central’s students on Wednesday, summers or at special events.
